Two methods – honestly explained
Deep cleaning
Spray extraction with the Kärcher Puzzi: the cleaning solution goes deep into the fabric and is extracted straight away with the dirt. For everyday dirt, fresh stains and odours. Dry in 4 to 8 hours.
Steam refresh
For armchairs and chairs: hot steam only, no detergents – a quick refresh in between. Dry in 1 to 2 hours. Does not remove stains.
Where I work in Berlin
I travel by bike with a trailer – no travel costs in Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Tempelhof and Schöneberg. Fourth floor in an old building, rear courtyard without a lift? No problem, my equipment is portable.
You live in Friedrichshain, Mitte, Steglitz or further out? Send me a request anyway – there is a surcharge from €15 for the longer trip, which I confirm with you first.

Who comes to my place?
Me – Bilel, founder of House of Reinigung. I work without subcontractors or changing staff, so you know in advance who will ring your bell.
Basic or Intensive – which is right for me?
Both are deep cleaning with spray extraction: vacuuming, colour test, pre-treatment, cleaning. Basic is enough for normally used upholstery and fresh stains. Intensive adds stronger pre-treatment and a second pass – for heavily used family sofas. Armchairs and chairs can also get a steam refresh in between (no detergents, does not remove stains).
How long does it take to dry?
After deep cleaning usually 4 to 8 hours, depending on fabric and ventilation. After a steam refresh usually 1 to 2 hours. Please only use it again once everything is dry, and air the room well.
